Experience the difference for yourself.
Our Wānaka show home is designed to demonstrate how airtightness, thermal performance and precision construction come together in a real home. It reflects a belief at the heart of Airtight Homes: better performance does not need to mean excess or over-engineering. It needs to be well thought through.

Experience the difference
Performance is hard to photograph.
You cannot see airtightness, thermal performance or good detailing by looking at a finished home. You experience them in the way the home feels: warmer, quieter, more comfortable and easier to live in.
That is what our show home is for: a real example of how those decisions come together, in a home you can walk through.
